Pro-Ject X1 - The best turntable buy of 2019-2020

In 1991, Pro-Ject started a revolution in HiFi with the introduction of the Pro-Ject 1 turntable. A new high-end, low-budget record player at a time when CD was king. Against all odds, Pro-ject created interest in analog sound at a time when others turned their backs, and its success can be described with 3 philosophies:

- Simple but technically correct design
- high quality materials
- handmade in the EU

There were no fancy, unnecessary features; a strictly manual turntable, these decisions resulted in incredible sound at a great price. The X1 is based on the same concept as the P1, but improved in all aspects thanks to modern materials and new production methods.
