Sumiko Black Pearl - MM pickup with great musicality and frequency range

Sumiko Black Pearl is a further development of the Oyster model, where you get, among other things, a much larger frequency range. The result is a significantly improved stereo image with more coherence and more nuances. The sound signature is still the same as with the Oyster pickup, and you can therefore enjoy a very harmonious and musical sound reproduction that you can listen to for hours.

The recommended needle pressure is 2.0 grams, and its ½” mounting makes it compatible with the vast majority of turntables and RIAA amplifiers. The needle tab is in aluminum with a spherical grind, which is mounted in an improved pickup housing. High-quality copper coils are used in the pickup housing.

Sumiko's facilities are located near the waters where the iconic Oysters are located, which gave rise to the series' name.
